Alegeri parlamentare 2025

Moldovan Central Electoral Commission says voters can request voting certificates for parliamentary elections

The Central Electoral Commission (CEC) announces that individuals who will not be in their registered settlement on the day of the parliamentary elections, September 28, 2025, can request a voting certificate. This will allow them to vote at any other polling station placed in the country, on the supplementary electoral list.

The certificate is issued by the electoral bureau of the polling station to which the voter is assigned, according to their valid domicile or temporary residence, up to and including September 27, 2025.

To get the certificate, the voter must present an identity document that confirms his/her domicile or residence in the area of the concerned polling station.

CEC recommends that voters request the certificate in advance, in order to avoid crowding on the final days before the elections and to make sure that they can exercise their voting rights anywhere in Moldova.
