Acting prosecutor general requests lifting parliamentary immunity of Ilan Shor
Chisinau, Dec. 16 / MOLDPRES /- Acting Prosecutor General Dumitru Robu submitted today in the Legislature nine requests on lifting of parliamentary immunity of MP Ilan Shor in order to detain, arrest and send him to trial.
The requests were read in plenary by Speaker Igor Grosu, after which the Shor Party faction requested a break.
Ilan Shor left Moldova in summer of 2019, when PDM left the government. He is announced in international search and was not present at any meeting of the new Parliament.
