In the suburbs, 20 out of 25 kindergartens were connected to heating.
At the same time, the official said that the pupils returned from the autumn vacation today. "During the day, the managers of the educational institutions will inform us about the temperatures recorded in the rooms and if they require connection to the heating supply," Pavaloi said.
For his part, the head of the General Directorate of Medical and Social Assistance, Boris Gîlca, said that all medical institutions in the capital are ready to be connected to the heating. The heating is delivered only to maternity hospitals and pediatric blocks of medical institutions. Alternative heating sources are used in some hospitals. It is switched on at nights when low temperatures are recorded. All medical institutions will be connected to heat as soon as it gets cold outside", Gîlca said.
