
As many as 664 new cases of COVID-19 recorded in Moldova in last 24 hours
Chisinau, 30 November /MOLDPRES/ - A number of 6,589 samples have been processed in Moldova in the last 24 hours and 664 cases of infection with the new-type coronavirus were confirmed. Nine out of the new cases are import ones. Thus, 363,110 COVID-19 cases have been registered in Moldova so far.
According to data by the Health Ministry (MS), 21 out of all infection cases are among medical employees (9 physicians, 7 medical assistants, 5 auxiliary staff employees).
As many as 1,482 patients confirmed with COVID-19 are hospitalized in all, of whom 180 are in extremely serious condition and 26 patients are connected to mechanical ventilation.
In the context, 4,079 persons are treated at home with light and moderate forms of coronavirus and 9,639 are under supervision at home.
Another 590 people have been treated. As many as 347,708 people were treated of COVID-19 in all.
At the same time, MS informs about the registration of another 29 deaths triggered by COVID-19 and 9,119 people have died of coronavirus in all.
