CNA searches at MoldATSA headquarters in criminal case of abuse of office
Anti-corruption officers are conducting searches today at the headquarters of the state enterprise MoldATSA. The actions are taking place in a criminal case initiated on the basis of reasonable suspicions of committing the offense of abuse of office under aggravating circumstances.
The information was confirmed to the agency by the press officer of the National Anticorruption Center (CNA), Ina Voloșciuc.
“CNA officers, under the procedural guidance of the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office, are currently carrying out criminal investigation actions at the headquarters of the state enterprise ‘MoldATSA’, in a criminal case initiated on the basis of reasonable suspicions of committing the offense of abuse of office under aggravating circumstances,” said Ina Voloșciuc.
The CNA will return later with details on the case.
