Four people die, one seriously injured in traffic accident in Moldova
Chisinau, 26 October /MOLDPRES/ – Four people died instantly and a child was transported to the hospital after the car they were in collided head into a truck on a road of Cimislia district. The inspector of Inspectorate of Patrol Police Cimislia Vasile Mustata confirmed the information to the agency.
"The accident occurred on a curve in Gura Galbenei village. The driver lost control of the steering wheel into oncoming traffic lane and buffered with a truck. Following the impact, the driver aged 63, his wife, his son and daughter died instantly. A child of five, who was in the car, was transported to hospital in serious condition. There intervened onsite medical teams and policemen," informed the cited source.
At the wheel of the truck was a man aged 37, residing in Singera locality in Chisinau.
The police is investigating the case to determine all circumstances of the accident.
