
Superior Council of Magistracy appointed six new judges
Chisinau, March 18 / MOLDPRES /- Superior Council of Magistracy has appointed six new judges today. The magistrates took the oath.
As of today, the following will hold the position of judges: Tatiana Balan, Tatiana Postolachi, Liliana Cușcă, Andrei Brînză, Olesea Ciocirtă, Mihai Osadcii.
Also today, the president of the Chisinau Court of Appeal, Vladislav Clima, sent the resignation request to the SCM. In the request, the magistrate requested the examination of the document in his absence.
Vladislav Clima has been a judge since 2006. In 2017, he was appointed by the former President of the Republic of Moldova as President of the Chisinau Court of Appeal.
Three judges from Cahul, Chisinau and Glodeni also submitted resignation requests.
