
Three bronze medals for Moldova at European Championships in Bratislava
Moldovan wrestlers Artiom Deleanu (55 kg category), Vitalie Eriomenco (63 kg) and Alexandru Solovei (77 kg) have won bronze medals at the European Greco-Roman Wrestling Championship, held in Bratislava.
According to the National Olympic and Sports Committee, in addition to the three awards already won, Moldova could add another medal to its collection.
World vice-champion Victor Ciobanu (60 kg) will fight today in the match for the bronze medal, while Mihai Petic (72 kg) will compete in the qualifiers.
The European Freestyle Wrestling Championship takes place on April 7-13 in the capital of Slovakia, Bratislava.
