Fuel prices drop: diesel becomes 0.85 lei cheaper
Drivers will pay lower prices for gasoline and diesel. Fuel prices will decrease on Wednesday, April 15, by up to 0.85 lei per liter, according to data from the National Energy Regulatory Agency (ANRE).
Thus, the diesel price will drop to 32.47 lei per liter, which means a decrease of 0.85 lei.
Likewise, for gasoline, drivers will pay 0.22 lei less than today, a price of 29.58 lei per liter.
This new drop in fuel prices comes after on Friday the price of diesel fell by 0.49 lei, and over the weekend it decreased by another 1.17 lei.
At the end of last week, ANRE announced that the price cuts are driven by the reaction of international markets to the announcement of a temporary cessation of hostilities in the Persian Gulf region.
