Investor's Guide 2025 launched in Moldova
The Investments Agency of Moldova has launched the Investor's Guide 2025, developed to provide a clear and detailed overview of the business environment in Moldova. The document brings to the forefront useful economic information for investors interested in developing businesses in Moldova.
The guide is available in both English and Romanian. It presents essential information about the economic climate, tax regime, opportunities in key sectors, labor market, infrastructure and governmental facilities available.
The Investments Agency informed that the guide's purpose was to support both foreign investors and local entrepreneurs, providing them with a centralized, updated and easily accessible source of information to facilitate the investment decision-making process. At the same time, it plays an important role in promoting Moldova as an attractive destination for investments, highlighting competitive advantages and support measures available for business development.
Director of the Investment Agency Natalia Bejan said that the Investor's Guide 2025 was a practical, fundamental, yet compact document for investors analyzing investment opportunities in Moldova.
“It provides updated information on aspects that we know investors usually pay a lot of attention to and have the most questions about: from the tax and legal regime to strategic sectors and available facilities. The previous version of the guide was one of the most accessed documents on the Investment Agency's resources, confirming the usefulness of this tool,” said Natalia Bejan.
The guide highlights sectors with the highest growth potential, such as IT, business services, renewable energy, agriculture and industry, underlining Moldova’s progress in the European Union accession process and its impact on the business environment.
The document provides updated economic data and forecasts for the period 2025-2026, giving investors an insight into recent developments and strategic initiatives, which contribute to enhancing Moldova's attractiveness as an investment destination.
Several international companies have previously announced their intention to invest in Moldova.
