Moldovan PM meets representatives of MAR Association
Chisinau, 10 September /MOLDPRES/- Prime Minister Natalia Gavrilita today had a working meeting with members of the National Association of Restaurants and Recreation Facilities of Moldova (MĂR), the government's communication and protocol department has reported.
Gavrilita said that the government is working on finalizing an action plan that would support the HoReCa sector in the near future, in the event of an increase in the number of cases of COVID-19 diseases. At the same time, possible measures were analyzed on the one hand to keep the infection under control and on the other hand, make possible the further activity of HoReCa institutions.
In this context, Natalia Gavrilița noted that the government is examining the possibility of establishing more support measures, such as subsidizing reduced working hours for employees.
Aneta Zasavițchi, president of the MĂR Association, spoke about the need to create an active secretariat of the Extraordinary National Commission for Public Health and to consult with the profile associations before issuing the Commission's decisions.
Business representatives have been open to contributing to the development and implementation of clear and effective epidemiological protection measures, so that they can continue to operate safely for citizens.
