Moldovan Central Electoral Commission says July 15 deadline for submission of political parties' financial management reports

The day of July 15 is the deadline for the submission of financial management reports by political parties for the first half of the 2025 year.

According to the Central Electoral Commission (CEC), so far, only 34 out of 66 political parties fulfilled their obligation to submit the reports. At the same time, 12 political entities are in the process of completing their reports and two other parties have their report signed only by the treasurer.

The reports need to be submitted via the Financial Control information subsystem (SSI). The document is signed by the party's treasurer and its leader.

CEC warns that the failure to submit or late submission of the financial management report by the political parties in the way and format stipulated by law, including the submission of incomplete data, represents an infringement of legal provisions and is subject to liability under the law.
