Parliamentary committee approves report on list of ministries of Gavrilita cabinet
Chisinau, 5 August /MOLDPRES/- The parliamentary committee on rules and immunities today approved the report on the draft Decision approving the list of ministries proposed by Prime Minister-designate Natalia Gavriliţa.
The list includes the following ministries: Ministry of Infrastructure and Regional Development; Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration; Ministry of Justice; The Ministry of Finance; The Ministry of Economy; Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry; Ministry of Defence; Ministry of Interior; Ministry of Education and Research; Ministry of Culture; Ministry of Health; Ministry of Labor and Social Protection; Ministry of the Environment.
The draft also stipulates that the Government, within three months, will reorganize the structure of the specialized central bodies of the public administration according to the provisions of this decision.
The Executive will also present to Parliament proposals on bringing the legislation into force in accordance with the new structure of the central specialized bodies of the public administration.
The draft decision will be examined in the plenary of the Parliament on 6 August.
On 30 July President Maia Sandu nominated Natalia Gavrilița as a candidate for the position of Prime Minister. On 3 August the appointed prime minister presented the list of the future Cabinet of Ministers.
