DOC // New magistrate at Strășeni District Court. Decree appointing Vadim Gribincea published in Official Journal

The presidential decree appointing Vadim Gribincea as a magistrate at the Strășeni District Court was published in today’s issue of the Official Journal. He will serve in the position until reaching the statutory retirement age.

The appointment was made pursuant to Article 116 of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and the Law on the Status of Judges.

According to the document, the decree enters into force upon the publication in the Official Journal.

The act may also be challenged in court within the timeframe provided by law.
