Evaluation Commission gives green light for two Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office members
The Prosecutors' Evaluation Commission announces that it has completed the process of verifying the ethical and financial integrity for two members of the Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office: Victor Muntean and Gheorghe Caragia.
The commission's members have found that both meet the criteria and have issued an evaluation report proposing their promotion to the next stage of external evaluation.
The commission specifies that during the verification process, information was collected and analyzed from public sources and relevant institutions, including the National Integrity Authority, the Service for Prevention and Combating Money Laundering, other public authorities, information systems, and financial institutions.
The reports have been submitted both to the evaluated prosecutors and to the Superior Council of Prosecutors, which has 30 days to make decisions in accordance with the law.
