
Chisinau city hall puts up for tender 28 locations for itinerant trade units
Chisinau, 21 September /MOLDPRES/- Chisinau city hall informs that at Center-based Praetor's Officce a tender for getting the right to conclude the contract for the location of itinerant trade units in the city will take place on 11 October.
The municipality announced that it has put out to tender 28 locations located in the sectors of the city, in parks, squares and alleys, including bd. Ștefan cel Mare, the square of the Metropolitan Cathedral "Naşterea Domnului", Gh. Asachi, Vlaicu Pârcălab, Albișoara, A. Pușkin streets etc.
The places for trade in the announced tender are provided for the location of the stalls, where they will be sold: periodicals, street food and pastries, hot and soft drinks, ice cream, flowers and floral arrangements, with an area of 8, 10 and 12 m².
The initial price for the right to locate the trade units varies from 214,375 lei to 945,000 lei.
To prevent the monopolization of street trade and the organization of a healthy competitive environment, in a tender a participant can be awarded up to 3 lots and one lot in each park, square, alley. The term of the contract for the right to trade is 5 years.
The tender will take place starting with 10:00. Its organizer is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Moldova. Deadline for submission of applications to participate in the tender - October 7, 12:00.
