Customs Service started test procedure for automatic validation of detailed declarations
Chisinau, April 13 / MOLDPRES /- The Customs Service of the Republic of Moldova informs that, between April 13-30, the testing of the procedure for the automatic validation of detailed customs declarations will begin. This is a mechanical operation of the customs information system through which the customs declaration is validated electronically, without the direct intervention of the customs official.
The introduction of the automatic validation procedure will allow the further modernization of customs procedures by adjusting them to European standards of information customs control, by optimizing customs clearance times, facilitating exports and reducing the direct intervention of the customs official, the institution indicates.
The detailed customs declarations selected on the green customs control corridor will be automatically validated by the SIIV "ASYCUDA World", without the direct intervention of the customs official, within a maximum of 20 minutes. from the moment of their reception ", according to the Customs Service.
During the testing period, participants in the process will have the opportunity to intervene with proposals and recommendations for adjusting and improving the mechanism for automatic validation of customs declarations and for other customs procedures.
