Moldovan President signed decree appointing Eugeniu Osmochescu as acting Prime Minister
On the basis of Article 101 paragraphs (2) and (3) and Article 103 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, as well as Article 23 of the Law on the Government, the head of state appoints another member of the Government as acting Prime Minister, until the formation of the new Government.
The President of the Republic of Moldova today signed the decree appointing Eugeniu Osmochescu, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Economic Development and Digitalization as acting Prime Minister, effective from 8 July 2026.
