Official Journal published government's decision to declare state of emergency
Chisinau, 22 October /MOLDPRES/- Today's decision of Chisinau government to propose to parliament to declare a state of emergency in Moldova for a period of 30 days was published in the Official Journal.
According to the document, the draft decision on declaring the state of emergency will be submitted to the Legislature for consideration.
The cabinet members approved the decision after taking note of the Report of the Commission for Emergencies on the need to declare a state of emergency, as a result of the crisis in the country's energy sector.
The decision entered into force today, with its publication in the Official Journal of the Republic of Moldova.
