Prosecutors Evaluation Commission holds new round of hearings
Panel B of the Prosecutors Evaluation Commission is organizing a new round of hearings. The external evaluation of prosecutors will take place on Friday, July 3.
Thus, at 13:30, Grigore Potoran, acting deputy chief prosecutor of the Chişinău Municipal Prosecutor’s Office, will be heard, and at 14:00 – Vadim Prisacari, prosecutor within the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office.
The sessions are public, and interested persons may participate as observers.
Prosecutor Alexandr Corețchii, previously seconded to the Anticorruption Prosecutor’s Office, was also invited to the public hearings. He informed the Commission that he would not participate in the hearing.
According to the Regulations of Organization and Functioning of the Commission, if a subject of the evaluation refuses to participate in the hearing, the Evaluation Panel or the Commission will finalize the evaluation based on the information it has collected, without holding the hearing.
