Moldova's Ambassador to United States presents copies of credentials in Washington

Ambassador of Moldova to the United States Vlad Kulminski today presented the copies of his credentials to the Chief of Protocol of the USA, Monica Crowley, during a ceremony held at the President's Guest House in Washington, D.C.

According to the Embassy of Moldova in Washington, the event was attended by Christopher Smith, Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, and Kevin Covert, Director for Eastern European Affairs in the Department of State, who congratulated Moldova on its Independence Day. The American officials reaffirmed the United States' support for deepening the strategic dialogue between Chisinau and Washington.

Vlad Kulminski was appointed as ambassador of Moldova to the USA in June 2025. The Moldovan-American relations have witnessed significant boosting in recent years, with Washington supporting the country's European path, as well as projects to strengthen energy security and democracy in Moldova.
