
Serghei Tarnovschi won two gold medals at Oklahoma World Supercup
Chisinau, August 28 /MOLDPRES/- World champion and European vice-champion Serghei Tarnovschi won the 350-meter race of the World Supercup in canoe sprint, where the best canoeists of the world gathered, the National Olympic and Sports Committee (CNOS) announced today.
Tarnovschi was followed by the European champion, the Czech Martin Fuksa and the world champion, the Romanian Cătălin Chirilă. His brother, Oleg Tarnovschi, ranked 7th.
In the 1500 meter relay, the duet Serghei Tarnovschi - Maria Mailliard (Chile) ranked first and the silver medal was won by the couple Oleg Tarnovschi - Ludmila Luzan (Ukraine).
