Leadership of Moldova's public institutions to be appointed, dismissed by founder
Chisinau, 29 April /MOLDPRES/ - The government, at a today’s meeting, approved a draft on amendment of normative acts. The document provides for the unification of the procedure of appointment of the executive body of the public institution or the director, deputy directors of these institutions are to be appointed and dismissed from office by the founder.
„The will ensure the continuity of the work of the public institutions and will establish a single approach of their organization and functioning,’’ Government’s Secretary General Liliana Iaconi said.
At the same time, in order to facilitate and optimize the process of providing public services, as well as taking into account the institution’s importance, the participants in the meeting suggested that the executive activity of the Public Services Agency be led by a director, who is to be assisted by a first deputy director and two deputy directors.
Also, amendments were proposed to the regulation of the Investments Agency. Under the cabinet decision, the institution will be led by a director general and two deputy directors general.
The same decision stipulates that the work of the public institution, Auto base of the State Chancellery, will be led by a director, who will be assisted by a deputy director. Respectively, the participants in the meeting amended the status of the public institution, General department for management of the Moldovan government’s building, which sees that the department will be led by a director, assisted by two deputy directors.
Under the decision, the status of the public institutions, Social Investments Fund from Moldova (FISM) and the MOLDPRES State News Agency will be changed. Or, both the work of FISM and of the MOLDPRES Agency will be led by a director, assisted by a deputy director. Also, the public institution, Electronic Governance Agency will be led by a director, assisted by a deputy director.
