Moldovan electoral body accredits more observers for snap parliamentary elections
Chisinau, 28 June /MOLDPRES/ - The Central Electoral Commission (CEC), at a today’s meeting, accredited another 307 observers for the snap parliamentary elections due on 11 July 2021.
These observers represent the Promo-LEX public association, MIRAD public association, the observation mission of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), the Central Electoral Commission of Uzbekistan and the similar institution from Kazakhstan.
So far, the Commission has registered 1,704 observers for monitoring the 11 July ballot, of whom 1,397 are national observers and 307 – international ones.
The deadline for the submission of applications as observer for the snap parliamentary elections is 3 July 2021.
