
Part of assets of Chisinau Airport, after returning to state
Chisinau, April 3 /MOLDPRES/- Some of the assets of the Chisinau International Airport, which are to reach the state were presented to the media today, following the press briefing held by President Maia Sandu.
Following the press statements, the deputy administrator of the enterprise, who was involved in the transfer of the airport's assets to the state management, previously under the management of the concessionaire Avia Invest Ltd said that one of the airport's services is SENATOR, which is provided by better for 10 years. It consists of taking the passenger from the aircraft to the VIP lounge with luxury cars, including a Mercedes S-Class.
"It is rational that all assets remain in the state's management, as they were acquired from operational activity and not from the so-called investments," said the deputy administrator.
Late last week, the authorities confirmed that the Chisinau International Airport returned to the state's possession, after in 2013 it was given a concession to the company Avia Invest for a period of 49 years.
